CBS is certainly thrilled with how the 2022 NFL season has gone for them thus far as they posted its best viewership numbers through the midway point of an NFL season since 2015, according to an official press release issued on Tuesday.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers comeback victory over the Los Angeles Rams this past weekend averaged 20.25 million viewers to help bump the average to 17.763 million viewers through Week 9, with the high water mark coming back in Week 2 when the Dallas Cowboys and the Cincinnati Bengals squared off driving 27.39 million viewers.
The NFL is the ratings king, and CBS is certainly thrilled to air sports royalty.
